The Cherry Blossom Car Charm Crochet Pattern
It’s the sweat, I mean sweet summertime! Which means it’s time for a car charm change. I decided to piggyback off of a recent design because I loved it so much. Introducing the Cherry Blossom Car Charm crochet pattern!
All the charm of the Cherry Blossom Bolster Pillow, just a teeny bit smaller. Cherry Blossoms are one of my favorite flowers so it just made sense to design a fresh new car charm around them. They are such and elegant flower and the fact that they only bloom once a year makes them even more desirable in my opinion.
Check out the Cherry Blossom Bolster Pillow pattern here!
Although the flower if simple and beautiful this pattern is a little more complex and is more for the intermediate crocheters who are comfortable with working with more than one color. If your not comfortable with that just yet now worries! I have plenty of tutorials to help you out.
Alright guys! I’m going to go ahead and let you enjoy the pattern. As always if you have any questions comment under this pattern or reach out to me through my social media channels. Happy Crocheting!

How to Follow a Crochet Pixel Chart
If you need some help following a crochet pixel chart or need a refresher I have a video tutorial on my YouTube channel. Click Here or the image below to check it out!
Attaching the Fringe
- To create the fringe cut 10 inch pieces of yarn in your choice of color. For this car charm I used White.
To attach the fringe, grab 3 strands of yarn. With a crochet hook, push the hook through the far left foundation chain. Fold the 3 strands of yarn in half, looping the middle of the strands onto the crochet hook.

Fold strands through the loop.

Tighten to create the fringe.

Repeat for every other foundation chain.
Hanging the Project
To attach the project to a dowel rod; using a yarn needle, weave the tail over the dowel and back under into the 1st stitch on the top of the wall hanging.

Repeat for each stitch on the top of the car charm.
Knot off and weave in your ends.

To hang the project, drill 2 small holes on either side of the dowel. Thread through both holes with cotton yarn and knot off both ends. Trim the excess yarn. (Feel free to use your preferred method of hanging the project)
Finish the car charm by gluing on a felt backing to hide your color changes and stiffen the piece.
ENJOY!
